how do you remember who built what?
we keep a record notebook!
Every day, every person who adds on to the city writes or draws something in the notebook about what they made. If they don't want to write it themselves, or aren't good at writing, they can tell someone else what to write for them.
You can write about:
- the materials you used
- "I made the court of law out of cardboard and hot glue"
- what the thing you built does
- "my airplane is flat fast and it flies underground"
- how it looks
- "we built a silver entrance gate for the city"
- what its purpose is
- "I built an army tank to defend the city today"
- just that you made something
- "I made a hospital and my sister made a mural"
- or anything else you want
- "I made a toy store and he wrote on it, so I was angry and I wanted to smash it like godzilla, but then I fixed it with paper..."
